Thanks for pointing it out and especially for reading that far down in the story. The importance of editors is never more apparent when you have nobody to back you up. Because nobody -- and I mean nobody -- types anything for a living (or largely for free, like this Substack) without making mistakes. The hardest thing in the world to do is edit yourself because your brain knows what you meant to write and often skips right over the mistakes.
